MAGNA has been an important component of our
sales and marketing efforts and I am sure that if you choose
MAGNA for your timeshare software solution, you will find it to
be a valuable asset for the management of your sales and
marketing requirements.
1. Have you used other systems before and if so
is MAGNA superior or inferior?
Answer: I have used three other systems in the
past and have determined that MAGNA provides the ease of use that
our staff requires and a detailed variety of reports, which our
managers find very useful. MAGNA has worked very well with our
staff and has always been very responsive to our requests. Their
level of service has been great!
2. Would you purchase MAGNA
again?
Answer: Definitely. I first purchased the MAGNA
system in 1997 for use in a timeshare marketing company that I
owned. Two years later I joined a timeshare resort and suggested
that they investigate MAGNA for their sales and marketing
operations. They purchased the software and it performed as
promised. In 2002 I was the CEO of an Orlando timeshare resort,
which had installed a system other than MAGNA prior to my joining
the company. We assigned the CFO and the in-house I.T. manager
the responsibility of comparing MAGNA to the existing system and
following their due diligence the company converted to MAGNA. We
currently use MAGNA to manage an internet marketing and prospect
generation company.
3. Have you had any difficulties with the
program or service and if so what were they?
Answer: MAGNA is like the Energizer bunny-it
keeps on going! We have never experienced down time of any
significance or a problem that MAGNA could not correct
quickly! Customized programming was the
one area where we did experience some delay, but I believe that
the timing for our request was not properly coordinated with
MAGNA (our fault).
4. Do you use the MAGNA.Net service or the
in-house MAGNA software program and why have you chosen one over
the other?
Answer: Currently we use both. The MAGNA
software program is necessary to manage our data. MAGNA.Net
provides added reports and informational view via the
internet.
As you can see from the above, we are fans of
MAGNA. I have the utmost confidence in the product and service
and greatly respect the staff and management of MAGNA. Over the
past seven years MAGNA has performed well. We are very pleased to
use their products.
