Let MAGNA Know of paper work changes BEFORE spending $$ on printing forms

Just a note to all those 'in power'... before you change your documents it is usually wise to send a copy of the mock-up to MAGNA so we can look over the items to be outputted. Most times it's not a problem, as in this item, but sometimes the data is not readily available and may need to be calculated and exported or tested for in some way (such as Buyer/Seller Closing Costs). That means that you can end up with delays getting the contract on-line if you go ahead with the printing before we see it and then have to wait until we can schedule in for a custom program change.

Easier, cheaper and safer to check with us before going to print just in case.

Laser Docs are BETTER!

Also.. did you know that we now do laser contracts? This is a whole new contract printing program that utilizes WordPerfect merge documents to create the text. This way you don't have to have preprinted forms, don't have to worry about alignment (which is never 100% right) and, you can change the forms yourself easily in the WordPerfect primary file.. no more taking it out to a printer and throwing away all the un-used documents.

Along with it.. the laser documents give you the ability to do merges with contracts for any primary file letter you care to make.
